Under is one of the most highly-rated wide players in Europe has attracted interest from a whole host of clubs.
Thus far this season he has scored score six times and chalked up six assists, but Roma are all too aware of his appeal and have rebuffed the Premier League club’s offer.
When Liverpool travelled to Roma for their second dramatic clash in the Champions League last season, the Italian side’s boss Eusebio Di Francesco said: “If they have Mo Salah, we’ve got Cengis Under.”
The Serie A side are currently in sixth place having had a rocky start to the season and don’t want to let the attacking midfielder go if they do not get a decent price in order to splash the cash on a replacement.

According to Turkish paper Fotomac, the Gunners made an early bid for the Turkish international but they will need to loosen their purse strings if they’re to secure his services and fight off competition from clubs with deeper pockets.
Arsenal scouts were in attendance at Roma’s dramatic 2-2 draw with Inter Milan in early December, but they weren’t the only club to see Under find the back of the net.
Several top European clubs watched the Turkish international in action and Tottenham, Manchester City and Bayern Munich have also been keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.
Unai Emery is looking to bolster his squad in order to secure a Champions League spot next season- they currently sit just two points behind fourth place Chelsea.

The Spaniard is presiding over his second transfer window since taking over from Arsene Wenger and the pressure is on to boost his midfield and leaky defence.
Arsenal will lose Ramsey whose agents have confirmed that he is being chased by SIX European giants.
The Welshman has made 18 Premier League appearances this season, but ten of them have come from the bench.
Emery’s decision to substitute Alexandre Lacazette for Ramsey in their 4-1 demolition of Fulham was met with boos, but the Spaniard had the last laugh as his substitute scored within four minutes of his introduction.
LIONEL MESSI has now scored 600 times for Barcelona – which includes almost a quarter of the club’s Champions League goals and even one with his left HAND. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner reached the milestone with an incredible free kick during Wednesday’s 3-0 win over Liverpool at the Nou Camp. Incredible stats show how
